In-Store Returns Policy

As Prescription eyewear is a bespoke product, once the order has been placed, all prescription products are non-refundable, and no exchange will be possible.

On non-prescription products, we offer an exchange, or shop credit up to the original purchase price, within 14 days of purchase. All returned products must be in perfect sellable condition, otherwise, no exchange or credit will be given.

All returns will need an original proof of purchase.

This policy is in line with statutory rights.
